Nate Collins is an independent author from upstate New York. He began his writing career in 2012, when Frogs vs Toads Book One was written. He went on to publish it in 2020, and since has released three more in the series with more on the way. The Frogs vs Toads series tackles themes such as trying to find ones place, being the ultimate underdog, and finding unlikely friends in a harsh world. He also has an associates degree in creative writing from Tompkins Cortland Community College and has a professional career in security and maintenance as a Physical Operations Manager for a credit union. He lives with his wife Deanna, two dogs, Scout and Ellie, and their two cats Felix and Oblina in Cortland County. He loves being outdoors, with the Adirondack Mountains and the St. Lawrence River being two of his favorite places. He loves film and is pursuing screenplay writing as well. Outside of writing and working, in his free time, he enjoys hiking, watching professional wrestling, playing video games, exploring new places, and, of course, reading.
